Terms of Service

Welcome to PrimeHelp La Habra Tree Services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before scheduling any work with us.

Services We Provide

We offer professional tree care services in La Habra, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming. All work is performed by trained professionals following industry safety standards.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, if access to the work area is inadequate, or if required permits cannot be obtained. You are responsible for ensuring we have clear access to the work area.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all services. Our estimates are based on the information you provide and our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if we discover additional issues once work begins, such as hidden decay, pest damage, or unexpected site conditions. We will inform you of any price changes before proceeding with additional work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large projects.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining any necessary permits before work begins
  • Notifying us of underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles
  • Removing vehicles and personal property from the work area
  • Keeping pets and children away from the work site during service
  • Providing accurate information about property boundaries and tree ownership

If you need help determining permit requirements, we can guide you through the process. However, obtaining the actual permits is your responsibility as the property owner.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee. For emergency services, different terms may apply.

We may need to reschedule your service due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new time that works for both parties.

Liability and Insurance

We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for your protection. While we take every precaution to protect your property, tree work can be unpredictable. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to structures, landscapes, or underground utilities
  • Damage to lawns from heavy equipment when necessary for safe work completion
  • Wildlife displacement or habitat disturbance
  • Stump removal holes (we will fill holes upon request for an additional fee)

Any claims for property damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of service completion.

Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from the date of service. This means if an issue directly results from our work, we will return to correct it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover:

  • Natural tree decline or disease that develops after service
  • Storm damage or acts of nature
  • Issues caused by improper care after our service
  • Pre-existing conditions we informed you about

Wood and Debris Removal

Unless otherwise specified in your quote, we will remove all branches, logs, and debris from your property. If you wish to keep firewood, please let us know before work begins. We will cut logs to your preferred length and stack them in a designated area at no extra charge.

Stump grinding services include grinding the stump below ground level and removing wood chips. Filling the resulting hole with soil is available as an add-on service.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Most problems can be resolved through direct communication.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion will be handled through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, in accordance with California law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
